Heads Up.

Just wanted to mention that my two mates Pastyboy and Vat are running the Gold COast Marathon this Sunday. For Greg, it will be another tick in a long list of varied athletic achievements. For Craig, it will be the culmination of two years dedication to run 42.2 consecutive sub-4 minute kilometres.
