More Half Hour Stuff...
TUESDAY 4/7/06, 4.30PM, 6K, WEEK TO DATE 12K, 6 HOURS SLEEP, SHOES ASICS 1100
Cold, drizzly, foggy day. Another half hour run on the schedule.
In the late afternoon I ran down Govett St to Leura Oval, 9 laps of the grass, and back home. Felt choppy and not enthusiastic. Achilles felt sorer than it had the last couple of days- suspect it was because of the uneven surface of the oval.
Martin Horne again tomorrow.
