Half Hour Stuff.

SW's scheduled recovery runs for most of this week- just 30 minute type stuff. oh, and there was the water running session I was meant to do yesterday, but ddin't end up running till 9.30pm, so a road run it became...

Sunday's 6K run took the weekly total to 130K. Just under 33 minutes, felt reasonably good, no serious stiffness or soreness.

Monday's run over the same course was two minutes quicker, felt really good. Achilles improving quite a bit.
