THURSDAY 17/11/05, 4PM, 7K, WEEK TO DATE 24K, 6 HOURS SLEEP
For some variation I did the trail that parallels the road in Lane Cove National Park. Lots of rock hopping, in and out of trees... slow going but good fun. Ran down to Halfway Point and return in 45 minutes. About 20 degrees and reasonably sunny. Felt okay.
