TUESDAY LUNCHTIME, 4/1/05- 8K
Ran up to Dunbar Field at lunch to try 8 x 400 again after a 6 week hiatus. 2.5km run to the track as warm up, then....

Form was non existent really, short stride, arms everywhere. It was pretty humid (23 C, 87% humidity) and the surface at Dunbar is softer and rougher than Rotary Field, but that wouldn't make more than a second or so's difference. I was going to do this at King George Park this morning, but had a bad night's sleep so decided to sleep in instead.
Oh well, I'll be back to pre-C2K form by the end of the month.
