28 Minute Hilly Cruise...
WEDNESDAY 26/4/06, 6.30PM, 5.5K (28.44), WEEK TO DATE 26.9K
Had a recurence of fever symptoms last night/this morning. Soaked the bedsheets a couple of times with night sweats, felt pretty wretched through most of this morning (sitting in class sweating) but things got better from around lunchtime.
Went out for a cruise on a 6 degree evening. Limited time, so just ran from my place down Govett St, then to the end of Megalong Rd and return.
Legs were a bit trashed from yesterday's session so I took it a little easier- especially felt tired on uphills, of which there are a few in this run.
Tried out a new shirt- a bright yellow Netti fleece longsleeve cycling vest. I wanted a shirt that would stand out on the poorly lit streets here at night, and be warm too. It was a little warmer than a polypro and noticeably more wind resistant. Liked it.

Welcome back to the land of blogging big fella. Glad to see you have moved a bit closer to the 6 Foot Track. That was an awesome run off no training and being sick.
