Pre-10K Loosener.

FRIDAY 3/6/05, 8AM, 6K (29.03, 4.46min/km), WEEK TO DATE 70.5K, 6 HOURS SLEEP

Given I have another busy day ahead at the office and am going out tonight I did a quick 6.1K shuffle up to Waterloo Park and back before hitting the desk. Cold, about 9 degrees.

Felt noticeably tired on all uphills but otherwise held up quite well- pace was good. Hoping a decent sleep tonight will freshen the legs up somewhat.

Nah forget about getting a decent sleep...go out and get laid. That'll get the legs loosened up *biggrin*
