Recovery.

MONDAY 23/5/05, 6.30PM, 6K, 5 HOURS SLEEP

Flew in from QLD in the morning and went straight into the office. After work I did a loosener to Waterloo Park and back in about 32 minutes. Form okay, but...

The rogaine has physically beaten me up worse than any event since C2K. Sore quads, glutes, hip flexors, left hamstring, to a lesser extent calves. As usual after a big one, on tonight's run I paid attention to my heart and breathing rates on the uphills and they did not take off, so I'm hopeful all the damage is just to the legs and not endocrinal.

Should be okay by the weekend.
