Nothing Fancy.
THURSDAY NIGHT
Went to the gym, including rowing 10150m or so feeling pretty uninspired.
FRIDAY MORNING
Had a meeting to get to so only time to run from West Ryde. Felt pretty slow and tired, about 37 minutes. Hot, humid morning.
FRIDAY AFTERNOON
Still uninspired on the rower, did another 101xx metres. Looking forward to a couple of days just involving running over the weekend.

Hi Mister G, Interested to know how you compare 1 x running and 1 x rowing per day as opposed to 2 x running?
Do your legs still feel fresh?
Obviously you have improved on speed with your recent reps so thats a great positive from the new program.
Also, when you do a long run what pace do you usually run at?
