Missed My True Calling
TUESDAY NIGHT
Smashed my 40 minute rowing PB- 10570m. It wasn't even as tough as the last one. Pretty much a solo effort too- didn't have ahyone rowing seriously going at it on the adjacent rower to keep me going.
Added a 10kg weight to my sit up regimen- will shortly increase it to 20kg.
Had a big feed, now time for a solid sleep. Haven't had much sleep lately.
