Heat and Pizza.
SATURDAY 14/10/06, 10PM, 7K, WEEK TO DATE 65.5K, 9HOURS SLEEP
Decided to sleep right in and pass on Fitzroy Falls. Perhaps Brindabella.
37 degrees today so Ididn't run till quite late at night, and even then I was still sweating like a man with a fever in a sauna. Plus I was still full of the pizza I had for dinner and thus fairly uninspired, so only did 7K to the bottom of Glenbrook Gorge and back up and out again in 38 minutes. Burp.

1 Comments:
I just thought I'd tell you the Canberra forecast for Sunday morning is a chilly 2 degrees, "early frost". Could be a tad cooler than that at the start of the Brindabella run.
I regularly read your blog. Good stuff!
