Pre 10K Easy Run.
FRIDAY 5/8/05, 12.30PM, 7K, WEEK TO DATE 49K, 7 HOURS SLEEP
Office->Top of Scribbly Gum hill via LCNP->return in 35.30 or so. Cold day. I felt great for the first 8 minutes or so, then felt tired and slow, much like I did in the early part of yesterday's run. My range of motion through my hips and groin seems to be a bit restricted since the 100K- muscles have been, and still are, quite stiff.
Wonder what will happen tomorrow morning. I think I'll need a long warm up.

Clunky & slow after the 100k, hmmmm, maybe some rest might help here :-)
Did you have more than a few days off????
