Still Recovering From the Bug.
WEDNESDAY 15/6/05, 1PM, 11.5K (56.52, 4.57min/km), WEEK TO DATE 25.5K, 5 HOURS SLEEP
Lunch run, usual course in LCNP. Feeling a bit better flu-wise, but my breathing passages are still full of crap and this translated into a very uncomfortable run. Went well at first, reached the weir in 24.52, then died in the arse and it was a real slog back.
Cool clear day.
Starting to wonder if AMRC and Poor Man's Comrades are feasible this weekend, or whether DNSing would be more prudent.
