Bug.
Woke up this morning with a sore and swollen throat. I'm talking like Neville Wran. I suppose that explains why my running has been what it has been for the last few days....
One man's obsession with the silver buckle. The long journey to breaking 24 hours at the Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run.

Yep, that'd be it G, pretty much what stuffed me up last week. Can't believe the amount of people with colds/bugs!!
A few days easy or rest, lots of water and stuff and you will be back stronger and happier.
Sounds like an excuse to me....never known something as small as a bug to hold you back before.
Then again, I agree with Stu, rest up big boy and you'll be right in no time. Gotta save some energy for the social life as well :)
Hmmm those QLD bugs can be very nasty. I prescribe losts of sleep and drinks on Sunday (alcohol having antiseptic qualities).
