Recovery.
THURSDAY 28/4/05, 4PM- 6K, WEEK TO DATE 74.5K
Slept in, 7.5 hours sleep. Was just going to swim today, but couldn't find my goggles and swim gear so figured a short run on grass would do the trick.
Took a very late lunch again, then did work->other side of Macquarie Uni->return, running an the nature strip or the uni's grass fields all the way. Didn't feel that good or bad (in shoes). 24 C and sunny, 6.2K in 30.02, or 4.51 pace.
