A Different Sort of Hill Rep.

Jogged to Stephen's this morning for a stupidly early session with him and Cam. After a warmup on the dog loop, we launched into 8 x 1 minute at Timbrell Park with 45 seconds standing recovery. Averaged around 300 metres for these. Then we trotted over to Robson Park for 4 x 30 seconds DOWNHILL on the grass there- the idea being the hills would really get the leg speed cranking. Averaged a tick under 200m for these. Jogged back to Stephen's via the dog loop, then a 3K walking warmdown.

Rowed 7666m in 30 minutes in the gym feeling particularly wanky. Then 3 x 12 situps with a 20kg weight. My lower abs are decidedly weak- have to do something about this next.
