Florabella.
WEDNESDAY 10/1/07, 12.30PM, 7.5K, WEEK TO DATE 50K, 7 HOURS SLEEP, SHOES BROOKS CASCADIAS
Did the Florabella Pass trail that loops out the back of Warrimoo and heads down to Blaxland.
Well, it's a fine bushwalk, but no sort of run- the 4.5K from the restaurant to the exit at Ross Crescent, Blaxland, took 50 minutes! Lots of steps, overgrown sections, fallen trees etc. Ran back along the highway to the restaurant again.
