Intervals- 2 x 2K and 5 x 400m.

TUESDAY 26/12/06, 2PM, 17K, 6 HOURS SLEEP, ASICS 1100

About 24 degrees and sunny.

Haven't done long intervals for a while, so I figured if I could nail 3 x 2K in under 4min/k I'd be doing well. Wasn't sure if it was possible.

Did a 5K warmup to Glenbrook Oval and then 6 x 100m strides.

400m splits for the first rep:

Harder work than expected. 3 minute recovery.

2nd rep:

Was buggered after that and elected to skip the third 2K rep, but after some recovery opted for 5 x 400 to keep the distance the same.
