Muggy Days...
SATURDAY 23/12/06, 10AM, 12.25K (1.07.52, 5.31min/km), WEEK TO DATE 78.75K, ASICS 1100
Ran home from Warrimoo on a muggy, drizzly morning and it was fairly unpleasant going as a result. Tired legs and I slogged along drenched in sweat. Instead of the usual 8K road route I went through the bush via Long Angle Trail and added some bush around Glenbrook Lagoon also. Not good but I got it done. Map of the route here.
