River Loop.
FRIDAY 20/10/06, 5.30 AM, 17.25K (1.17.54, 5.07min/km), 6 HOURS SLEEP
Shogun and I repeated our River run- Explorers Rd- Lapstone- Leonay- Emu Plains- Mitchels Pass- Glenbrook lagoon- Lucasville Rd- home. Very humid day. We bashed the last half and got home a minute faster than our previous best- last 3Ks were 4.41, 4.40, 4.39. Got a bit competitive there at the end. I ran well on the hills.
