Recovery.
FRIDAY 16/6/06, 12PM, 6.5K, WEEK TO DATE 53K, 8 HOURS SLEEP, SHOES: ASICS 1100
Slept in.
SW had me down for another 6K in 30 minutes today, so at midday I left home and ran down Govett St to Leura Oval. 10 degrees, sunny, wore a t shirt.
Circled the grass oval 9 times and returned the way I came. Legs feeling it a bit today- the climb back up Govett St was hard work, so I just shuffled up it. 33 minutes, 6.5K.
Highlight was two horses grazing on the grass on the side of Govett St as I went by, and still there on the way back.
