30/30s.
MONDAY 12/6/06, 5PM, 7.5K, 8 HOURS SLEEP, SHOES: NIKE TRAIL FREES
Down to Pitt Park at twilight, about 6 degrees. Mel ran around the grass track for half an hour so I did a 2K warmup, 15 minutes alternating 30 seconds hard/ 30 seconds jog, 2K warm down, as she did her stuff.
Felt surprisingly good actually- the cold bug of the last few days has almost cleared up. The 30/30s weren't the usual lactic, foam-at-the-mouth session, I felt mostly aerobic and in control. Was moving well in the warmdown.
