Recovery.

MONDAY 2/5/05, 2PM- 6K (29.00, 4.45min/km)

System check- ran office->Waterloo park-> return. Reasonably hilly. Didn't really want to run but as Vat likes to say, you can run the crap out of your legs and I felt I needed to do that, given I want to be sharp for speedwork tomorrow. Surprised myself by knocking over the 6.1K at under 4.50 pace without pushing too hard- just tried to be "solid" without making myself breathe too hard. Didn't feel too sharp on uphills but my heart rate didn;t take off either, which is a very good sign for me, recovery wise.

About 20 degrees. Took my singlet off after about 2K.

Intervals with Vat tomorrow- then I'll really know how I'm recovering from the big run yesterday.
