Doing Bush Capital 60K tomorrow, so SW had me doing 30 minutes only today.
1K run from home to Leura Oval, 9 laps of the grass, run home, a touch under 6.5K in 33 minutes. About 9 degrees and fairly clear.
Moving decently well, but quads felt tired.
